Vendor spaces:
We are currently finalizing the details for the inaugural All American Koi Show in Las Vegas, and we’ll provide you with the layout closer to the show date. Please stay tuned for further information.
If you have any special needs or requests, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team at [email protected]. We’re here to make your experience at the show as enjoyable as possible.
All vendors: We provide an undraped table and two chairs for your use, and Electricity is accessible.
Wet vendors: We can offer 6-foot diameter hard tanks for rent at a cost of $90.00 each. We can offer 8-foot diameter hard tanks for rent at a cost of $100.00 each.
You will be provided the following with your vendor fee, including air pumps, tubing, air stones, dechlorinator, nets, tank covers, tubs, 20 bags, rubber bands, and shipping boxes.
Setting Up and Showtime Info for the All-American Koi Show in Las Vegas:
Set Up:

- Set up on Friday, March 22nd, starting after 8:00 a.m.
Show Hours:
-
- Saturday, March 23rd: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., followed by a banquet (don’t forget to grab your tickets).

- Saturday Night, Banquet: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

- Sunday, March 24th: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Just a heads up: If you’ve got a simple booth setup, you can show up on Saturday morning. But if your display is a work of art, please take advantage of our early setup option on Friday.
Break Down:

- Sunday, March 24th: 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please note that early tear down is subject to a $50.00 fine.

Cancellation policy:
If your plans take an unexpected turn, don’t worry. You can get a refund, no questions asked, as long as you email a cancellation to our team at [email protected] by February 1st, 2024. After that date, we’ll only consider refund requests in special cases, and it’s up to the TAAKS team to decide.
