If the booth is not paid in full by the due date, the booth will no longer be reserved, and the booth will revert to an available status. The $200 non-refundable deposit (per booth space) will be retained by AAKS. Should your company be removed for non-payment, you will have the option to rejoin only if a booth space is available and when full payment is received. If space is available, your good-faith deposit will be applied to the new booth. You will only lose your deposit if there are no booth spaces available or if you choose not to come back.
