Copies of health permits, insurance certificates, and any required local licenses must be submitted with the vendor application.
Vendors must fully comply with all federal, state, and local health and safety laws at all times.

Health and Safety
Vendors must maintain strict food safety standards, including proper temperature control, sanitation, and handwashing.
Onsite food preparation areas must meet all health and safety requirements.
Vendors are responsible for proper waste, grease, and oil disposal throughout the event.

Fees and Payment
A vendor participation fee of $250 – $1,000 is due upon registration.
Accepted payment methods: wire transfer, mailed check, or credit card (3.5% processing fee applies).
Vendors will not be allowed to set up without full payment.

Gross sales = total sales before expenses.
Payment is due by the conclusion of the event (daily or at final check-out).

Refunds and Cancellations
Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
If the show is canceled prior to the start date, vendors will receive a full refund of their vendor fee (excluding third-party processing fees).
